This week has been a very good one for us on and off the field of training.

With the winter competition season kicking off in a fortnight, players are no doubt eager to hit the field and start adding games to their training development.

Over the course of the term we have seen players take on responsibilities in looking after their training equipment after each training session.

From the balls, cones, bibs, goals, bottle carriers, passing walls, mannequins etc, there is a real teamwork and spirit on display by the players at the conclusion of each training session.

Players have also taken upon themselves to keep their change rooms tidy after each training session. A true display of our vision in development a whole individual as oppose to a ball kicker.

The respect and camaraderie on display at each training is a joy to watch.

Off the field, preparation is well underway for the start of the winter competition.

The squads have been formed and there are ongoing consultations in regards to team managers with an announcement in the coming days.

Besides managers, we are also looking for a number of parents volunteers to support the club in hosting home fixtures for our teams during the upcoming season in what will be an exciting first experience for the club.

The school holiday clinics will give players the opportunity to keep developing their skills, play with friends and have fun while keeping away from video games during the break. Please make sure you have booked your child in.

A reminder to all that term 1 finishes on the 11th April.

Have a fun weekend

Cheers
