Junior Boys & Girls Competition

u6 to u11 - Miniroos (5-11 yrs)

- Mondays, Wednesdays
- Players train once or twice a week
- Option to join a Mongo FC team in the NSFA Winter competition.
- Open to players of all abilities
- Boys and girls

u12 to u16 - Junior Competition

- Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays
- Players train 3 nights a week
- Option to join a Mongo FC team in the NSFA Winter competition.
- Boys and girls
- May be offered to participate in outside trips and tournaments

Extra Development Programs

4 to 7 years - Mini Mongo

- Tuesdays (mixed), Friday (Girls only)
- Players train once a week
- Open to players of all abilities
- Boys and girls

u8 to u16 - Skills

- Tuesdays
- Skills program
- Players are grouped by age and ability
- Boys and girls

Goalkeeper Training

Tuesday Goalkeeper Skills
u8 to u16

- Tuesdays
- Keepers train 1 or 2 times per week
- Goalkeepers are challenged and trained to read cues, recognise actions and apply the appropriate response to defend the goal area and space via dedicated trains sessions and live action.

Thursday Goalkeeper Skills

Mums & Daughters
Skills, Bonding and Fun

- Fridays
This program is open to Mums and their 12 + years of age daughters. Mongo Football Mum & Daughter Skills is a great way for Mum & daughter to discover the game, develop skills, keep fit all the while building a strong bond on the football field.
