The return to training after the holiday break was a cordial and convivial affaire as players and families reconnected.
The curiosity about the new venue was consumed and going by the feedback received so far, there is a good vibe about the place.
We will of course continue to wait for progress updates from council in regards to the Willis Sports Complex. Meantime we will continue to work in order to create the best environment and experience for our players and families at Barra Brui.
Throughout the week players from different categories enjoyed a reconnection to the ball through a variety of activities with a strong emphasis on fun after the long break. In line with the curriculum, we will gradually increase the intensity and complexity of activities over the course of the term.
In preparation to the winter competition and other events, we will be holding open trials for our teams throughout the month of February in the U6-U16 categories. A great opportunity for current families to introduce new families to our club and the development opportunities it offers to young people.
See you on the field.
Cheers
